Tracenex was founded by master plumber Encik Haziq Suleiman after fifteen years on Klang Valley construction sites. Today our SPAN-licensed crew, three-bay workshop in Selayang Baru and slate-blue service vans deliver same-day plumbing, roof repair and waterproofing under one trade name.
Our story
Built from one leaking kitchen sink
In 2017 Haziq Suleiman quit his job on a high-rise construction project to take on residential plumbing full-time. The work was good, but he kept watching homeowners pay twice for the same job — once to a handyman who patched it, again to a licensed plumber who had to redo it properly. Tracenex was registered in 2024 with one premise: do the boring things well, the first time.
Today we own a fitted workshop on Jalan Selayang Indah, three slate-blue service vans stocked with standard parts and a small back office of two full-time coordinators who answer your WhatsApps. We deliberately turn down jobs we cannot staff properly — you will sometimes hear “not us, but we know someone” and that is part of the brand.
