SLA-backed maintenance for the businesses water can shut down overnight.
F&B kitchens, dental surgeries, boutique hotels and light-industrial sites lose money fast when plumbing fails. We run scheduled programmes that catch failure points before they catch you.
What a service contract covers
Each Tracenex maintenance contract is built around your asset register, but most clients select a combination of:
- Monthly visual inspection of all fixtures with a written condition report.
- Quarterly grease-trap pump-out for F&B sites, with DBKL-compliant certificate.
- Half-yearly water-heater drain-down and anode rod check for storage tanks.
- Annual CCTV survey of main drainage lines and grease lines.
- Emergency SLA: 90-minute response across Klang Valley, 4-hour response nationwide via partners.
Typical client mix
- F&B cafes & restaurants — grease management, drain camera surveys, dishwasher feed lines.
- Dental and aesthetic clinics — vacuum line drainage, sterilizer feed, compliance reporting.
- Boutique hotels & serviced apartments — room-fixture inspections, hot-water resilience, monsoon roof readiness.
- Light-industrial & warehouse units — main water meters, fire-line pressure checks, eyewash stations.
How contracts are priced
We avoid one-size-fits-all monthly fees. After a site walk we issue a written scope, asset list and the proposed inspection rhythm. You pay a flat retainer for the inspections and reporting, plus a discounted call-out rate for any reactive work. Most clients see overall plumbing spend drop by 15–25 per cent in the first year.
Onboarding timeline
- Site walk-through (free for sites within Klang Valley).
- Asset register and scope letter (1–2 working days).
- Contract signed; first inspection within seven days.
- Online client portal access with photo archive and inspection history.
